Camden Garcia is an award winning actor, comedian, and writer from Los Angeles, California currently based in Brooklyn. After seeking attention and validation his whole childhood he has now transitioned into doing it professionally. He has studied and performed at The Second City in Chicago, UCB New York, The Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center, and Boston University School of Theatre.
Camden can currently be found performing standup, characters, and drag across the country as a regular with Stamptown, in NYC’s re-opening of The Upright Citizens Brigade “Maude Night” and “Betty Night” (solo sketch) and Characters Welcome, as well as regular spots at Union Hall, The Bell House, The Elysian LA, and The Slipper Room.
Most recently Camden can be spotted on Season 3 of HACKS as Zed the persistent college improvisor, on Season 2 of the Paramount reboot of Frasier as Mason the peevish teacher’s assistant, and recurring on Amazon’s “SPRUNG” as Colin the congressional aide to Paula Tackleberry played by Kate Walsh.
“Camden Garcia is a rising talent to know (and love) — originally from LA and currently based in NYC, Camden booked a fun co-star role last year in Hacks, has been putting up numbers with his standup on digital platforms, and winning audience’s hearts (in and out of drag) as a regularly featured act in Stamptown.” (Cramer Comedy Newsletter Feb 2025)
“Garcia doesn’t waste a minute on screen: even the end credits are worth sticking around for thanks to various amusing non-sequiturs… [Camden Garcia’s] rendition of “Cheeseburger in Paradise” is a particular highlight)” (Jon O’Brien for Decider on “SPRUNG”)
“The situation provided opportunities for a game young actor that don't come along every time TeenNick holds an open casting call, and Camden Garcia established himself as a force to be reckoned with.” (AV/TV Club on “Raising Hope”)
